Delivery Service - Kerbside only

1. Deliveries

Our Delivery service slots are arranged by our sales team who will be in direct contact with you to arrange a time to suit your needs and requirements. (Evening and early mornings are available) We are currently only delivering to the property at kerbside.

2. How are deliveries arranged?

A member of our sales team will contact you 24 – 48 hours of your order being placed to arrange a delivery date and time.

3. How soon can I expect my delivery?

You have the option of next day delivery subject to availability. This can change during peak season. A member of our sales team will contact you to confirm a delivery date. For bespoke items please allow 14 working days. 

4. Can I collect my order?

Any order can be collected from our outlet. Between normal opening hours please select click and collect at checkout you will be contacted and given a collection date most standard stock/goods can be collected any time. For bespoke items please allow 7 working days.

5. Do I need to be in for my delivery?

It is preferable that somebody is available to take delivery of the goods. Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer at the delivery point. We accept no liability for loss or damage to the goods.

6. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are £35 based on the distance to deliver the goods. (Areas within a 15-mile radius of our outlet.) Deliveries outside our 15-mile radius may be possible for a further charge, please call to discuss options with one of our sales team.

7. What are the payment options available to me?

Payment can be taken online via our website by card, Paypal or Klarna. No other methods of payment are accepted unless otherwise agreed by the vendor and no goods shall be dispatched until payment has been made and accepted by the vendor. Credit card companies may require address verification (your credit card billing address) or other security information on web site transactions. Any incorrect information given may result in a delayed or cancelled order, for which the vendor accepts no responsibility.
